Membership is open to:

1. Parents/guardians of persons with disabilities.
2. Anybody interested in participating in the Association's activities.

Application procedures:

1. Fill in the attached application form and submit it online.
2. Download the form by Word / PDF files, then send it by post or in person to the Association, together with a cheque.
